Webman is operated by JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd, Abuja, Nigeria. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and GitHub or Google profile information when you sign up. We also collect technical data including IP address, browser type, and usage patterns. Payment information is processed by Flutterwave and we do not store your card details.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, send transactional emails (deployment notifications, billing receipts, welcome emails), respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored on Neon Postgres databases hosted in the United States (AWS us-east-1 region). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We share limited data with our infrastructure providers: GitHub (repository access), Vercel (deployment and hosting), Neon (database), Flutterwave (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Under Nigerian data protection law (NDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@justservices.pro.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use essential authentication cookies only to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Webman is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
