By creating an account on Webman, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms govern your use of the Webman web hosting portal operated by JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria.
Webman provides web hosting, deployment, database provisioning, and domain registration services. Our infrastructure is powered by third-party providers including Vercel, Neon, GitHub, and Flutterwave. We act as an intermediary and value-added reseller of these services.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
You may not use Webman to host illegal content, distribute malware, conduct phishing attacks, send unsolicited emails, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that violates Nigerian or international law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
All payments are processed in Nigerian naira (₦NGN) through Flutterwave. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Starter plan is free for 30 days then ₦4,900/month. Growth plan is ₦16,800/month. Business plan is ₦33,500/month. Domain fees are additional and calculated at live exchange rates plus a 5% service margin. All fees are non-refundable except where required by Nigerian law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your website and data remain accessible until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
Your website code remains your property at all times. We store only the minimum data necessary to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We target 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites on paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon, GitHub) or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Webman after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
